   4. Employment offers – Following a successful interview process, an offer will be extended. Again, a member of our team will be available to discuss this with you, supporting and facilitating negotiations with your prospective employer where applicable.
   5. Onboarding – We don’t part ways once you’ve accepted your offer. We’ll be with you throughout the onboarding process and will stay in touch with you throughout your career, ensuring we’re always on hand should you need us.

To be a successful candidate, you will need a variety of technical and soft skills. Some of these include:

• • Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Werum PAS-X or Emerson Syncade
• • SQL database management and OPC UA connectivity
• • Understanding of manufacturing data flows and ERP/MES/DCS integration
• • Experience working in GMP-regulated or validated environments
• • Strong project management skills
• • Analytical and problem-solving skills
