   4. Employment offers – Following a successful interview process, an offer will be extended. Again, a member of our team will be available to discuss this with you, supporting and facilitating negotiations with your prospective employer where applicable.
   5. Onboarding – We don’t part ways once you’ve accepted your offer. We’ll be with you throughout the onboarding process and will stay in touch with you throughout your career, ensuring we’re always on hand should you need us.

To be a successful candidate, you will need a variety of technical and soft skills. Some of these include:

• • Proficiency in PLC programming across multiple platforms (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
• • Experience with SCADA/HMI integration and configuration
• • Familiarity with industrial networking and fieldbuses (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus)
• • Panel design and electrical schematic reading
• • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• • Analytical and problem-solving skills
