In addition to demonstrating proficiency in general mechanical engineering principles, an understanding of manufacturing workflows and cost analysis, AM Engineers should demonstrate skills in:

• • Communication and teamwork: Collaborating effectively with designers, production, and customers.
• • Project management: Planning, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
• • Safety and compliance: Handling hazardous materials (powders, resins) and understanding regulations.
• • Adaptability: Staying current with rapidly evolving technologies.
