About the report

This report provides both Senior Executives and Professionals in the sector, and outside the sector, with useful insights into salary forecasts, hiring intentions and more demanded skills in additive and advanced manufacturing. We have created this report with the support of AM employers and more than 5000 AM professionals across Machinery OEM’s, Material companies, Software companies and Industrial companies adopting additive manufacturing.
Talking to the industry, we identified challenges including; cost, speed, repeatability, availability of materials etc. More importantly we have learned that there is a skills gap between the need for people with knowledge and experience of AM and the supply of that talent.
