THE PROCESS (How It Works)
We work with you to define the parameters of your organization's needs. Taking the time to understand your business, we start formulating a hiring strategy to fit with your business and recruitment objectives.
For a fully immersed experience.
If your requirements need one of our dedicated consultants to be deployed into your organization, for a period of weeks or even months, to support recruitment in-house, we will arrange a start date.
We screen each candidate through robust, competency-based assessment, skills identification and cultural fit analysis. Moreover, we screen candidates for motivation to ensure high engagement with your company and thus a high offer-to-acceptance ratio.
With both the partnership and embedded recruiter options, we will conduct weekly reviews of the candidate pipeline and deliver you with a process update to ensure that we are on track to deliver on agreed timescales and volume of hires.
We offer interview scheduling as part of the partnership package, ensuring that the recruitment process fits seamlessly into your schedule. Should you wish, your remote or embedded recruiter can join you to support the interview stages.
You decide on the right person to fill the job; but before the offer is extended, we will communicate and align it with the candidate expectations, communicated at the start of the recruitment process.
With the contract drawn up, agreed and signed, and with your new hire on board, we aim to make sure that you are still satisfied with your pick by following up with you and your new team member after an agreed period.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If for some reason, we are unsuccessful in filling any of the agreed vacancies during our partnership there are two eventualities:
- If you opted for a monthly retainer but did not choose to deploy a recruiter in house, we will refund the retainer fees in full.
- If instead you opted to deploy a recruiter in house for the duration of the partnership, the monthly retainer fees will not be refundable.
While we don’t encourage you to work with outside recruiters, we won’t stop you from engaging or working with them. However, we like to think our partnership package is built on trust and a mutual goal for your business, and success is better achieved when the partnership has your full attention.
Part of our partnership package is the option for us to help you set up and build an in-house resourcing and recruitment function, trained by our team at Alexander Daniels Global, so ongoing recruitment can become self-sufficient.
Any costs of travel, accommodation and commute of one of our deployed recruiters will be incorporated in the cost of the partnership package. These can always be discussed further when tailoring the package to your needs.
