THE PROCESS (How It Works)

BRIEFING

We work with you to define the skills and qualifications of the job, taking the time to understand your business and the type of person that would fit your company culture. We will agree timescales and milestones with you to ensure a timely and structured process.

TALENT SCREENING

We screen each candidate through robust, competency-based assessment, skills identification and cultural fit analysis. Moreover, we screen candidates for motivation to ensure high engagement with your company and thus a high offer-to-acceptance ratio.

SHORTLIST

Following this, and in line with the agreed timescales for the project, we conduct market research to accompany our candidate shortlist for the creation of a complete shortlist presentation pack with analyses and recruiter notes on each candidate, which will be delivered to you in a call.

INTERVIEWS

We offer interview scheduling as part of the advanced selection model, ensuring that the recruitment process fits seamlessly into your schedule.

We can also be present at interviews upon request.

OFFER MANAGEMENT

You decide on the right person to fill the job.
But before the offer is extended, we will communicate and align it with the candidate expectations, communicated at the start of the recruitment process.

CONTRACT SIGNING

With the contract drawn up, agreed and signed, and with your new hire on board, we aim to make sure that you are still satisfied with your pick by giving you a catch-up call or email 3 months after a placement has been made.

We also aim to catch-up with your new hire 6 weeks after placement to ensure they're happy and settling in well.

For Advanced Selection projects, our average time to hire is up to 11 weeks. However, this time-to-hire can be shortened and will depend on a few things:

– The flexibility of the candidate (in terms of salary and/or relocation)

– The complexity of the role

– Your time and availability to conduct interviews

– Time taken on delivering feedback on candidates, CVs and interviews

This still hasn’t happened to us. Should the case occur, you are not liable to pay.
