In 2016, our client wanted to very quickly acquire market share in additive manufacturing. The client is now a leading AM OEM.

In order to achieve this they needed to develop a sales organisation with knowledge and relationships of key channel partners globally. As a key partner for recruitment Alexander Daniels Global were retained to recruit initially the VP Sales EMEA and then subsequently the VP Sales APJ.

Within 8 weeks from the start of the engagement, the VP of Sales EMEA was hired.

Within 12 weeks from the start, the VP of Sales APJ was hired as he was required to move from Shanghai to Singapore.
